Rain Dampens Inferno's Flame

The Inferno played the toughest game of the season this Saturday against the Oakland Bulldogs. Our boys held up well in the first half with Kenny doing an outstanding job of stopping many challenging shots on goal. Jared Followed up with a goal to give the Inferno a 1-0 lead at the half.
In the second half, an exhausted Inferno began to weaken and quickly our lead slipped as the bulldogs began to score goals against us. Bryan quickly wore down as the attack continued. A Nightmare for the Nightmares

Kudos to logan for his outstanding performance against the nightmares this Saturday. Logan pulled a hat trick (3 goals) + 1 and seemed unstoppable to the nightmares! Kenny, Christian and Sasha also did a great job of dribbling downfield and assisting in the scored goals. Jared assisted as well solidly moving the ball downfield. Hats off to the forwards who were very aware of their field positions and avoided the offsides call completely.

Eureka! We've Struck Gold!!!

With the loss of John, the Inferno was challenged with filling the gap and trying to dial back into the successful combination that has been ours this year. In the practice prior to our game, I tried out several of our players in one of the most critical positions on the field , Center Defense. After only a short period I noticed that Chris excelled in this position. In addition to doing a fantastic job in center defense, he did a nice job in forward working with Logan, Jared and Sasha.
